Return Policy

1. Membership Dues

All membership dues are final and non-refundable. Membership benefits begin immediately upon purchase, and access to membership privileges constitutes delivery of services.

Membership is a privilege subject to approval and continued compliance with Club policies. Denial, suspension, revocation, or non-renewal of membership does not create any right to a refund.

2. Event Registrations

Event registrations and ticket purchases made through third-party ticketing or event management platforms are governed by the policies of the applicable platform.

The Club does not control and is not responsible for the refund procedures, processing timelines, or dispute policies of third-party platforms.

If the Club cancels an event, refunds, if any, will be handled in accordance with the applicable platform’s policies.

3. Merchandise Sales

All merchandise sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for merchandise purchases except in the case of a confirmed material manufacturing defect.

Dissatisfaction with size, style, fit, or general preference does not qualify for return.

4. Defective Merchandise

If you believe an item contains a material manufacturing defect, you must notify the Club within fourteen (14) days of delivery by contacting:

member@pbcsociety.com

Claims must include:

• Order number

• Description of the alleged defect

• Clear photographic evidence

The Club will review submitted documentation and determine, in its reasonable discretion, whether a material manufacturing defect exists.

If a defect is confirmed, the Club may, at its discretion:

• Provide a replacement item, or

• Issue a refund

For confirmed defective items, the Club will provide return instructions and cover reasonable return shipping costs.

Normal wear and tear, minor cosmetic variations, natural material variations, or damage resulting from misuse, improper care, or normal use do not constitute manufacturing defects.

5. Limited Edition and Custom Items

Limited-edition, custom, or made-to-order merchandise is final sale and is not eligible for return except in the case of a confirmed material manufacturing defect.

6. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

You agree to contact the Club prior to initiating any chargeback or payment dispute.

Improper chargebacks or disputes made in violation of this Policy may result in suspension or termination of membership to the fullest extent permitted by law.

7. Policy Updates

The Club reserves the right to update or modify this Return Policy at any time. Updates apply to purchases made after the revised date.
